Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 48–72 business hours. Please allow 2–3 additional days for the amount to reflect.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer. Kindly share your bank details via email. Processing takes 48–72 business hours post-verification.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day return or exchange window for sealed products. All requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- A clear, continuous unboxing video (from package opening to product reveal) is mandatory.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Opened, tested, or sprayed products are not eligible.
- For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: perfume miniatures, vials, gift sets, deodorants, and deodorant sticks.
Important for Prepaid Returns
If returned without valid reason, courier charges (as per actuals) will be deducted from the refund.
📦 Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Email support@fragskart.in within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, unboxing video evidence, and clear images of the product, packaging condition, and invoice.
- Ship the sealed product to our designated address. Refunds or replacements are processed after successful verification.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Deodorants and DeoSticks
- Products with scratches, dents, or visible damage
- Incorrect orders placed by customer
- Tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
- Incomplete packaging or missing accessories
- Misused or mishandled products
- Opened or tested perfumes
- Decants and samples
- Minor leakage (1–2 ml) due to transit or pressure
- Return requests after the 3-day window
- Free or promotional items
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Email support@fragskart.in within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and supporting images.
- We’ll either arrange pickup or guide you through the return process within 2–4 business days.
- Refund or replacement will be processed post-verification.
Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Fragskart.in reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if:
- The unboxing video is not provided.
- The product appears used, tested, or tampered.
- The issue is reported after the allowed timeframe.
